I kinda skipped to the middle, the character intros were slow, but it was hilarious!

Both. He's a normal slate, as shown in his ref sheet. Don't get too involved in the Mate ship girl. I said that as a joke to strike a conversation. They might never be together, considering Slate's personality. XD
