How do you make the circles? Stencils?

It's a bit of a mix. I use both stencils and stencil masks (stencil is used for filling in the openings, a stencil mask is used for covering the openings and painting around them. @ pieces of a whole.) for different parts. In the green one, the planets are stencil masks over the base pour, and everything is layered in on top of those. Then I use the stencil part of the same size to airbrush the highlights. The halos areound the stars are an architectural circle template that I use as a stencil
