Whoa... that's really cool. I can see how it represents the subject, too -- everybody sees something happen, but they all look to the next person and assume, "they saw it too, so I'll bet that they'll deal with it." But the next person is looking at the next, who's looking at the next, who's looking at the next... and it just goes around and around.
