You have to use an iPad or buy a tablet and pen. There are a lot of neat programs you can use to draw with.

I sketch traditional, then either take a picture or scan my piece, then upload it to IbisPainX, (a free wonderful art app) then color it there.

I’ve done this a few times. Also a good idea but it takes a bit of effort to get rid of the paper color so you can color it in underneath the lines.
