I add random bits and pieces of other animals to make the ones I do. I try to make a more geometric head and body. I also add longer legs and slimmer features with certain ones.

I agree! I though I’d never get along with digital art until I got my iPad Pro. I got a refurbished one from Amazon so it was 300 instead of closer to 1k. I managed to save up for it even though my job was paying less than half minimum wage by being super frugal. It transformed my work and I’m finally figuring out how to paint as I’m a more of a natural drawer. Apps like Sketchbook feel much like using real materials.
