I don't know the detective comics but I love Batcow suddenly

They are more commonly called DC comics or just DC. DC just stands for Detective Comics. And their main rival is Marvel. If you are interested in comic books then you should check them out.

Sometimes before I paint, I'll do a sketch to get an idea on paper and see if I think it's going to work out. Not necessarily always the colors I intend to use, but for shaping and flow. Especially if I'm mixing techniques and concerned it may get very busy. Think I'm gonna give this one a shot on a 12x24 I have hanging around.

PART ONE of redesigning my cyberpunk/sci-fi OCs!
Here's Buck I would have done his sister as well and then posted them together, but my pen is acting up again. I do have some sketches of her though, I might post those
This is his 'farm boy' look, before he becomes a cyborg and moves to the city. I'll probably do a ref for his cyborg look as well.

I'm quite proud of this design; it's a strange blend of farmer, mechanic, and cyberpunk but it turned out pretty coherent I think!
