Any artists out there?

Should I make an account? I do art on my phone (which is actually kinda hard), but can you also do it on paper? Because I don’t have an art iPad or anything like that (not yet at least). Also I haven’t been able to download the procreate app yet because my mom says it sounds weird. Right now I mostly draw on oekaki on chicken smoothie, and ibis paint rarely now. Also I can’t draw people yet. And I don’t have any OCs yet, but I have “bought” some designs.

Just recently I’ve started using Sketchbook cause I draw on my phone.
I can hardly draw people either, cause I draw dragons all the time.

I've seen people do it on paper, yeah! And you can use purchased designs as long as you give credit to the artist and species (if applicable). Also don't worry, I used chicken smoothie Oekaki when I first started digital art and couldn't draw people either, haha!
