Any breeders around savannah Georgia?

Trying to start my first backyard coop I have two young children so I want to have hand raised birds I'd like to raise them from chicks but problem being we are in city limits and no roos allowed so they have to be able to be sexed and I'm not sure how many breeds color sexing can be done with but I've done a good bit of research and I really want a silkie an orp an EE or araracauna and a Wyandotte but I am open to any beautiful birds good with children and good layers also would like to have one bantam for the kids please excuse spelling on a cell phone with broken screen

Not sure if this is an option but I have bought some silkies from shared acres in jacksonville, fl which isn't southeast georgia but it is northeast fl https://www.facebook.com/SharedAcres

Also, silkies are very hard to sex and often you can't tell until it lays an egg or crows
