Any Bumblefoot Experts?

*UPDATE* I re-checked all my girls and washed the affected feet in warm water, then bandaged them like Hen Pen Jem recommended. I don't think I did very well with the bandaging though - it came off pretty fast.
I believe the first picture might actually have been a spot of dirt because it wasn't there when I checked. I'll make sure to check again soon.
I hate to admit it but my yard has quite a bit of debris in it at the moment - I'll have to do some serious cleaning tomorrow. Will the bandaging affect it all that much because they're all early cases?

*Another Update* Two of my girls just had their eschars removed! Yay! It was quite quick and painless, one of my girls only squawked once or twice because she didn't want me to put her in the scary water. I bandaged them up (better this time) and well re-evaluate all of them tomorrow.
