I miss my church family back in NC. It was a super small bible and fellowship based church. I bet they only have baout 30 members total! But it was so comforting to go there.

I haven't found anything remotely like it before or since. But I'll keep looking. Until then, I listen to the radio and some tv programs. Focus On The Family, Chip Ingram, Alistair Begg and such. AM radio is my friend!!!

Prayers to Destinduck and Chicnfarmer..........

I'm off to KY to finish appling for a job. Got to get on a plane for the first time - not looking forward to it at all. But, it's better than Greyhound. See you guys later!

Who would of guessed a story about prosecution & death could be so beautifully written. Tho I have little religious back ground. I was baptised a Christian,& I was saved when I was a teen. I do believe in god,& I've read the bible(Self educated). I've had questions about it,that I've always been afraid to ask. It seems as tho it's almost imposable to discuss with out some taking it the wrong way & becoming defensive or belittling. I don't believe Jesus wanted us to defend his words. I think he'd rather we live in peace. Maybe we were meant to interpret the bible as individuals? My friend will tell me if I don't attend church I was going to hell. I don't remember reading that. Is that written? It seems as tho every time I ask a legitimate question about it,I never get a legitimate answer. It's a shame that the topic cant be discussed openly with out ratification.......... Only one thing will ensure an eternity in hell. That is rejecting the free gift of salvation, offered us by way of Christ dying on the cross for our sins, and raising again on the third day.
However, the Bible also mentions our rewards in Heaven, according to our works. Those things we do to live out our salvation.

Ask what you need to and we will try to answer to the best of our ability.

Mahonri-WOW! that does put into perspective what our lord did for us disobedient, lying, murdering scummy humans on earth. Isn't it awesome how much he loves us?

Thanks for the prayers! I spent an hour this morning having a meltdown so I am feeling a little better.

God has pulled me through a lot of hard times. He won't fail me now!!

I think about how Jesus cried when Lazarus died. He knew he would raise him from the dead, and yet he still cried with Martha and Mary.

We are preparing for Passover on Monday.
We have observed it for a few years now.
Anyone else?
