Mighty to Save:
"Everyone needs compassion, love that's never failing. let mercy fall on me. Everyone needs forgiveness, the kindness of a savior. The hope of nations.....Savior, he can move the mountains. My God is mighty to save, He is mighty to save. Forever, author of salvation. He rose and conquered the grave, Jesus conquered the grave."
Follow You:
"...Follow You into the homes of the broken. Follow You into the world. Meet the needs for the poor and the needy God. follow you into the world..."
City on our Knees:
"...If we gotta start somewhere why not here?...If we gotta start sometime why not now?...If we gotta start somewhere I say here...If we gotta start sometime I say now! Through the fog, through the smoke in the distance, from cathedrals to third world missions. Love will fall to the Earth like a crashing wave...Tonight's the night! For the sinners and the saints...When worlds collide, in a beautiful display. Its our turn tonight, when we step upon (*something*), in a city with one king...In a city on our knees. City on our knees...wow oh, wow oh...."

I go to church but I'm not real happy with the church that I attend. I've found that no church is really going to be 100% of what we expect or need...at least this has been our experience. I could tell your horror stories about the churches I have attended but you probably have already experienced some of that for yourself.
I finally concluded that I will just obey the Lord by joining others in His house to fellowship and do the best I can to not get discouraged. I feel pretty bad if I don't attend church regularly and I would guess this is the reason. Not really guilt but just that feeling of not having any fellowship with other Christians. Yeah, our church is not ideal but I guess they are trying~ just like we all are doing.
I think TV or radio preaching is fine but doesn't really allow one to actually participate in discussion or in singing as a congregation or praying as a group for those in one's community that have needs.

I love being a part of a worship group and I LOVE the worship songs too. It is seperating myself from the other I find hard, because I am a friendly person. And when their judgement comes down on me because of my friends, it bothers me. Alot. MY bible says to love others as you would yourself. MY bible says judge not lest you be judged. And I believe in MY bible.

Yes, we celebrate it too. It is so poignant and deeply meaningful as the day gets closer for him to take us Home. I was so sure last year when we said "Next year in Jerusalem" that we would truly be in the New Jersalem this year, but I guess not.. then again.. there is still a few more days
We found this great book in a Thrift store several years ago called "The 5 Scrolls" and it has the whole Pesach ceremony in English and Yiddish (Hebrew spelled out). It is such a deeply spiritual experience to go through the whole thing and realize all the symbolism and how it ALL points to Christ.
For those of you who have TV.. there will be a special on the History Channel on March 30th regarding the Shroud of Turin and how they have used computer programs to re-create Jesus face. This is new and not a repeat of what they did in 2006. I sure wish I had TV now

You've hit on one of the most misunderstood parts of scripture. Taken *in context*, which is the only way you will understand the meaning of any scripture, if you finish reading the passage, rather than just this part, it says, paraphrasing here, that you must use the same measure to judge yourself as you judge other people. If you are doing the same wrong things, don't look at others with judgement. Get your own house in order, first, on that one aspect you are judging.
And the Bible also says to "judge righteous judgment" and that "Know ye not that we shall judge angels? how much more things that pertain to this life?". Also, "Do ye not know that the saints shall judge the world? and if the world shall be judged by you, are ye unworthy to judge the smallest matters?"
So, the "judge not" bumper sticker, which is what I call all out of context passages, is very much misused. I do judge, according to scripture. And I should, according to scripture. I can say "this is right" or "this is wrong" with confidence, if I have scripture to back it up. That is judgement. Judgement is not the same as condemnation.
No, we do not attend Church. There is no grace dispensational church in our area anywhere, so Richard Jordan's Shorewood Bible Church is where we "go". Remember, the early church started in the homes of believers. I think we're coming full circle from some of the things I've seen in our world today.
