Ok I have designed a web page for a friend of mine and I can't publish it from my computer. It will cause my service to be cut off. It's just a basic advertisement for his business with a couple links and HE has the domain name...blah blah.....SO what I need to know is how the heck do I publish it from his computer? Can I put it on a flash drive and transfer it? I don't know how to publish it that way because he has no publishing software. Could I upload the same software(free software) on his computer and get the page published or will I have to do it all over again? This was my first time doing web design and I basically haven't a clue

The page looks good though

yes, you can save it to a disk, flash drive or whatever other form of device you need to save it to. but make sure the links will work and you save all the graphics onto the same device so you do not lose the links or addresses to those parts.

as for the software, you could download the same stuff you are using. or if you have MS Word there is a way to use that as a web publisher. i've never done it before but my mom was able to years ago since it was a feature allowed through NetScape and our internet provider.

You can attach them in an e-mail like any other file on your computer. Just tried it with one of my pages.

I tried that. Mine wouldn't let me, it said it was blocked from it due to security.
