Have your brought her to the vet? That's always a good start. That way you can see if she really is pregnant and if so how far along and if she's healthy. Do you want to keep her? If you do, do you want her to be an inside or outside cat?
My husband won't let me have cats because we have ducks, but I've seen pictures of all kinds of different animals getting along really well (best buddies). I think it all depends on how much you want to help the cat.I’m trying. I unfortunately can’t have her in my house because i have 2 senior cats. So i’m trying to see if my boyfriends mom will let us keep her and she can be a basement cat for right now
I've been lurking. Have you felt her belly to see if there's movement?I’m starting to get worried. As mentioned above there should be a total of 5 kittens… that’s what the ultrasound picked up. It’s been well over 12 hours and she’s still at 3 babies. She doesn’t look uncomfortable or like she’s straining in any way…. Is it normal for them to rest at an extended period of time after having some of the kittens?
In the two weeks i’ve had her, i have only felt the kittens move 2-3 times while she was completely pregnant… so i’m not sure if that would be an ideal thing to go by but i can try..I've been lurking. Have you felt her belly to see if there's movement?
I don’t really feel anything… besides her purringI've been lurking. Have you felt her belly to see if there's movement?
They should be pretty active right now.In the two weeks i’ve had her, i have only felt the kittens move 2-3 times while she was completely pregnant… so i’m not sure if that would be an ideal thing to go by but i can try..
Could the ultrasound have been wrong?I don’t really feel anything… besides her purring
