i ment to say pullet sorry (corrected it)

here's why: looking at this pic not only is this a pullet color but at her age if she were indeed a cockerel her saddles and hackles would be long, slender, and pointed. you can see here that they are not and the only reason the hackles may look pointed is because of the pattern on the feathers

this pic shows that she is getting close to laying eggs
