what a sweeeetie!!!!
They're beautiful!I am growing out 14 Spangled Russian Orloff chicks right now. Our area is having -7 degree weather right now at night and our high was in the upper 20's so I collected all the babies and put them back in the brooder till it is over. They do have all there first feathers but with 8 inches of snow I thought it wiser to put them where it is not so cold. I do not want to nurse them when there feet and legs freeze off due to them being in deep snow too long. This bred is generally a good cold hard breed, I just choose not to take the chance. I left the older birds in there run and coop. Here are a few pictures of them, I have a couple just starting to lay eggs now, the entire group are under 8 months old.![]()

Been away from the site for a while and not that the holiday is passed I've come back.
The splash is Yeti and the Biel cockerel is Titus 2. They're so much bigger now but they're outside in the Meatie Run so pictures will have to wait.
They grew up so fast I'll post pics of mine later tonightMore baby pics!
