I don't think it's a roach. Unless the coop is heated, roaches generally can't survive harsh winters. (however, down her in Texas they love it. Ick. I hate the *$&^ things)

. Defiantly not a cockroach. Unless they come in bantum sizes now, lol. The picture doesn't show it properly, but the body is actually nearly clear and the head is red. They are so small that I have never even saw the things sticking off their heads until I blew the pictures up. They still really gross me out. Hoping to get an ID soon. Thanks for the help so far.

The quail are in a room in my basement, so it is heated. But again, these are not roaches, they are only millimeters long and were almost impossible to get a picture of. They do not appear to be in with the quail though, they are just running all over the walls.

Do you know how small the babies are? They do look similar, but The ones I have have red heads, the picture doesn't pick it up, and they are TINY, their only a millimeter or so long, I never even saw the little things sticking out of their heads till I blew up the photo I took. If they are roaches, were do you think the adults would hide? there is very little in that room. I just want to get rid of what ever I have, they are yucky. Thanks for the help.

The adults are probably dead. This being spring the babies are hatching Yes, the babies are tiny but they will grow fast. I just get some roach traps/poison and set them along walls, roaches like almost all other home visitors, like to move along walls. Even if these guys are not roaches chances are the traps/poison will work on them too. Do you store anything in that room? Food, bedding, etc? They eat pretty much anything including bird leftovers. Put food in sealed containers.
