Any clue what this bug is?

This is for German cockroaches so the color is off but it gives you an idea on size :)

"What Baby German Roaches Look Like:

German cockroach hatchlings are round or teardrop-shaped and about the size of a typed period. The roach body shape changes from rounded to teardrop-shaped then their final elongated cigar-like shape. Their coloring changes as they grow. The young start as very dark brown with a small tan area on their back, while the adult has a nearly all light to medium brown body and the characteristic two parallel dark stripes on the pronotum."

Thanks so much every one, nope they don't look quite like that. Even though the picture doesn't show it, they have clear bodies and the head is red. They move FAST, and I have been seeing them for about 4 days now and there are a LOT of them.

Could be a common wood roach. They live in the duff(no not the beer) of the forest floor. I would bet that is what it is because often times we use bio-degradable material in our coop, pine shavings, straw and hay which mimic their environment . It could have made its way in and layed eggs or they could have made their way in via the aforementioned materials. The good news is they will not make your house a nest because they prefer to live and breed outside although they may find one in your eventually but don't worry,it is just lost. Found one in my house along time ago and I freaked but a little research my nerves were calmed.

Those are a type of cricket and really hard to get rid of. Is your basement damp. They thrive in dampness and would have plenty to eat. I saw those on infested.

Looks like a baby roach to me. Get the roach stuff from the store. You can put DE around the walls and foundation.
Its the time of year for them to be hatching. I use DE outside since its safe if the chickens injest it.
