Any clue

I have a lavender that didn't go to the coop last night. Found her this morning with pecking sores on her comb and not wanting to walk. Brought her inside and checked her over no other wounds were found so I offered her scrambled egg. She ate most of it but she hasn't drank any water yet. Confinement and rest. Any other advice?

Do you have a picture of her injuries? I would get some electrolytes in her if you can. Do you have a rooster?

No there was some blood and fresh pecking sores
