Any counter arguments for "allergies" from a neighbor in regards to getting chickens?

We have a hearing tomorrow, this is the major complaint that we can't argue against.

Sounds like return of the legendary
Hatfields & McCoys , I did know one Hatfield descendant. I think the Judge will rule not in your favor. Even if he does, I smell trouble on the horizon, I don't have a good solution for you except move or abandon chicken project.
