Any dangers of eating quail?

Just wondering if I should be cautious of anything? Do I just handle it like chicken when cooking?

Well, the only thing I would caution against is not grilling enough. I normally eat 2 quail myself, but there are occasions that I will want another for a late night snack. Quail will have a gamier taste, but otherwise, it's just like chicken.

The biggest danger is not having enough. If you've got a smoker, they're great done on that and leave them a little pink in the middle.
