This is Rusty, my 14 month old EE. He became a first time daddy last night! He looks a bit rough cause hes wet from being in the rain, but does anyone have any guesses as to his genetics?

He looks like a typical Easter egger to me, other than he's a particularly nice one. These have been around for a long, long time, so who knows what his original mix was? I see no certain signs of other breeds being crossed in recently in his background.
X2! :)
Congratulations on becoming a father Rusty! 🥳

I agree. Ignoring the influx of weird EEs that are Legbar-based most EEs have been consistently bred without regard to color for a long long time. Kind of like when you do a dog DNA test and it comes up as partially supermutt.

So pretty much EExEE from EExEE from EExEE? Lol. Thanks! That's what i was looking for, to see if any specific breeds were dominant recently.
