could have been in heat and you not know it. they get morning sickness just like people do.
she could have gotten ahold of something she wasnt supposed.
or she could just be bored.

i know she isnt in heat. she went out a month ago, all swelling is down, no weight gain to indicate pregnancy. when ever my dogs come into heat, from the sign of first blood till 3 weeks after, its outside to potty on a leash with me right there, then it straight back inside. i KNOW she didnt get bred.

i was thinkin boredome also, seeing as she is normall in every other way.. going from bed to bed at nite ( she loves to sleep with EVERY one every nite LOL) stil begs for people food even though she doesnt get it.
violet is very smart, she shakes with both paws, switches on command LOL, sits , sit up, stand (on hind legs) 'whisper(very soft woof you can hardly hear) lays down, rolls over. and BANG (play dead)
she also knows how to fetch the phone, and turn the TV off LOL

we have taught her a ton of tricks , maybe think of new ones. lol

ill get her a few more toys and think of a few more things to occupy her . this is becoming a 24 /7 a day job LO

I would be a little concerned if she is vomiting Sheetrock and Linolium, tha she has a partial blockage, so definitly keep an eye. As for if she just started chewing, you said she just came out of heat about a month ago, she could be starting a false pregnancy routine. Even though she isnt bred, he body is telling her otherwise. If she doesnt stop the random vomitng of bad stuff , then I would have her at the vet doing a barium x-ray. But my thought is a false pregnancy, and she is doing nesting. hope this helps

If she continues, you might have some bloodwork done. My schipperke started eating dirt and licking metal about a year before we found he had advanced hemangiosarcoma. It probably started around the same time the cancer cropped up. She's young for that, but my point is that some illnesses can cause odd cravings and dogs will eat weird stuff out of the blue.
