This is our first year with Turkeys and they just started laying. We have 1 girl that is laying monster eggs like the one pictured on the left, the others are laying the ones in the middle and we have found 2 eggs like the one to the right. They have a separate pen from the chickens, and the tiny eggs have yolks. Any explanation? Is one of our girls less healthy or...?

The egg on the right looks to be a chicken egg. It is not the right shape for a turkey egg. I have had turkeys that laid a tiny (wind/fart) egg. The egg would look like a miniature turkey egg.

I suspect that you have a chicken somehow sneaking into the pen to lay.

Thanks for the information. That's what we were thinking. We are actively checking the yard for a guinea fowl nest, it looks to be the right size for them, and they do have (now known) access to the turkey pen.
Glad to know theres nothing wrong with my turkey :)
