So I usually just crack a couple eggs into a bowl, add salt and mix before I pour into a pan to scramble, but eating the Jimmy Dean breakfast bowls has made me feel I'm missing out. The scrambled eggs in there are just so super fluffly and airy.
Does anyone have any recipes or techniques to make my eggs turn out this way? Thanks!
