Any guess?? Hopefully it's a girl I picked her/him up today in Concord and my 5 year old named her Tillie so hopefully it won't be a willy.

Yes- looks like a female black cochin. They grow up to be sooo pretty!

I just picked her/him up today and chose this one do to feet feathering. Im new to cochins so I'll post as this one grows.

Will the tail fluff out and get rounded or will only time tell. Looking for any all info on cochins.

STD cochins take forever to mature, mine start laying at 10-11 months. she has alot of filling out to do, don''t let her play in the mud or you'll loose the leg feathering. she's gonna be a big

girl. but if its a roo don't worry they are very sweet. mine is very protective of the other birds. the neighbor dog was running around our p
