Any guesses about the breed?

I can't seem to find another chick like my Penny. I wanted to compare her to other chicks of her breed to see if i thot she was a she, but there's nothing quite like her. I got a couple responses, but still curious. I ordered oegb.

I'd say it is an OEG bantam. My best guess would be Blue Quail pattern as of now. But it'll be easier to tell once it feathers in fully.

This is what another person said. I looked online. The roosters have her coloring. They are gorgeous!

Are they cross breeds when they're special ordered through my Grange? I paid more for the special order to make sure i got oegb. I was supposed to get two black breasted and two silver duckwing. But ya... she isn't those.
