Any guesses about what breed my three weeker's are?

Rhode Island reds don't have that distinct chipmunk pattern. Looks more like a Brown Leghorn to me, also.

I actually posted a pic to Ideal Poultry where the chicks came from and the man wrote back and said they did NOT look like RIR's. They are the guys who sold them to the feed store. LOL!! They pretty much fessed up to messing up! Lot of folks say EE's , but I too have read where they have blue/green feet and legs. I was just calling in all your expert opinions.

Where did you get them because my Rhode Island Red was darker when he was a chick my guess is Cinamon Queens which is a sex link

I agree, not rhode island reds, and not brown leghorns. I have both (although younger) and they don't look like that. I wouldn't think that brown leghorns have that much yellow feathers on them at all. My little fluff ball chicks are ALL brown, with chipmunk pattern down their back. I'm at a loss as to what they could be?

Not Brown Leghorns. Not RIR, head is too yellow. Maybe red sexlink (???). I don't have experience with red sexlinks.

Not RSL's either. They don't have any yellow or the chipmunk pattern. I am wondering Bethie if you got some "mutts"? They look like my EE's, but they don't have green legs, which all of my EE's have.

No matter what they are, they are cuties and I hope they lay lots of eggs for you!

I don't know what they are, but they sure look cute!!!!!
