Not with Muscovies. And that does appear to be a Muscovy.It is so cute!!!It is to young to tell. As it gets older the chirp will become more like a quack if it is a female if it is a male then it will have a raspy quack and will have a curled tail feather.

You can still voice sex. But the difference develops a little later, and the males begin to hiss while the females peep.
As already mentioned, male muscovies do not get a drake feather.
Agree with table4six. At this time (based on bill shape, which is iffy) seems more likely to be a drake.
