Any guesses on the breeds of these guys?

Possible dads: Buff bantam cochin or a Columbian Wyandotte mix
Possible moms: Buff Bantam cochin, mille fluer bantam cochin, grey silkie(or blue? I don't know the whole coloring thing), White silkie, black sumatra
I haven't seen the standard roo try to breed any of the bantams, but they are all free roaming together so it's a possibility
The last couple are the parents

Older chicks(the difference is only about a week or 2)

they all look like mixes but that buff in the back of the 3rd pic maybe pure depends on the comb. looks like you have a few silkie mixes
