I know the feeling. I miss my first crew, they followed me like dogs around the yard. This is our new crew tho. The pekins names Dip and Dot, Rootie and Tootie, Onyx the Rouen, Saffron the Cayuga, and Harley the welsh. The peacock is Samson. We have 8 chickens running around somewhere. Light Brahmas, a bantam, a barred rock, either a golden lace or welsh, Australorp, and another chicken that’s colored like the Cayuga duck. The bird obsession is real. 
Only at least one more needed. Samson needs a girl. The peacock was brought in because the fiancé’s grandfather had one and peacocks are territorial, so hopefully if another hawk or dog comes around, this peacock will span out that 7-8 foot tall tail and look like what’s up?
