Sometimes I hate the post office

I'm sorry you've had such bad luck with eggs this time, it really is disappointing when you wait so long for them and get nothing. I could send you some new eggs if you want, but honestly the shipping on the ones I did send you was almost $11 as it was. I'm still only getting 1 silkie egg daily (only have 2 hens and 1 was broody), so I wouldn't have too many of those. But both of my 'cochilkie' (cochin/silkie mixes) have started laying again so I could do those.

If you want some chicks, I have 4 or 5 baby silkies that I could send you. It would be a couple weeks before I would feel okay sending them, but I don't charge much...shipping would be the big kicker there. Just let me know if you want some more eggs or the silkie babies.

I hatched out all 8 that made it to lock down... no help from me. I like it much better that way.

assorted cochin bantams from lucky pickens... a byc auction-er. I bought 12, got 14, and hatched 8. I'm happy with that.

Well, I just went down to check on my eggs and I have several pips

Looks like I will have a pretty good turn out for the BLRW

Can't wait to see what's going on with them tomorrow! Tomorrow is day 21 so looks like they are right on time

I just got a pip! And I heard chirping from inside an egg that was rolling a bit. Definitely need to go find something to do so I don't just sit here and Stare all afternoon LOL

I'm sitting at work but my 6 yr old son is on watch and reporting to me what's going on. I have THREE babies now and even more pips
