I think female. The feather pattern looks like a female specific pattern but I could be wrong. The face is pretty light for a cockerel.

This is my SLW I bought as a cockerel and he's not looking much like a boy. He's about 7-9 weeks approximately. really a boy? I have two more SLW I bought 5 days later and one has a comb like his and the other does not.
