Any Help or Tips on Sustaining Incubator Temperature

Manual turning, Half of A mini Suzuki van, Insulated, 3x 100 watts incandescent bulb, 3x 120mm fan (directed to the bulb - connected to thermostat). 10-15 liter water on tub. I would like to know any tips or any how's to sustain the incubator temperature, in order to save electricity.

You probably need more insulation; inside, underside & from the outside temps. Is this your first time using the Van Incu? Noticed the eggs in the carton, looks like the pointy side up, it should be the other way around ... Air celll is on the wide end so should be up.
