Arrived on day 19 lone sorvivar of roughly shipped JG eggs. First 5 days in chinabator, after that Brinsea. Couldnt get out of egg, thought at first just weak but next day still unable to walk.
Couldnt find obvious reasons, tendon seems fine, Not spradled. Problem seems to be that he doesnt have the strength to straighten his leggs to walk. Gave vitamines and egg yolk. Put him in box with leggsupports upright just in case it was tendon. Took it off but hardly any improvement (see videos) any ideas?

Looking at the video, I've had this happen once to a chick that was a week old. This is often caused by hens being deficient in certain vitamins.
Chicks unfortunately end up kicking the bucket at a certain point.

Has it pooped yet?

Chicks can have issues with their lower intestines almost glued shut by swallowing too much albumen. This will cause them problems to properly poop, leading to inability to use their legs until proper bowel movements.

Try some poulty vitamins containing B complex an E and let it eat some boiled mashed egg with millet and fine rolled oats.
To entice it eating, put the chick on some dark terry cloth and the yellow millet and egg crumbs in front of it so it stands out on the dark towel.

Can you get some newly hatched chicks for company?

He seems to be doing a little better now, can sit up ( not walk) without falling over. Have 2 other quiet chicks in with him. I put a add on fb 2 days ago, no reaction, i live very rural so chances were slim. I have new chicks on the way this weekend so if he gets better he can go in with them

Some leg exercises may be good. Stretch his legs out and push them back in one at a time. Get some movement into them.
