Thanks for the fast response! Days of Googling didn't help me like you did! Here's more pics of the one on the right - I called him Killer because he started charging me and pecking until I picked him up and carried him around for a bit. Now he's just a doll.

Such a gorgeous rooster! Will you keep him?

Oh okay! I got them from some private “breeder” who was just getting rid of his whole bantam flock so I didn’t raise her or anything! She also has a reoccurring prolapse vent thing that happens every time she lays but it goes back in by itself afterwards?

Yeah I’m quite the close watcher and worrier! Actually now that you say that it is kind of strange that we found a giant bubble underneath one of our (16) turkeys’ wings and one of them had a small pus stop on it’s caruncle (but it’s healed up now). I have many very unique chickens (and turkeys) like Twinkie though that have their own normals and own way of doing things! What about you? Do you have any of those?

I will - although I have 3 roos for 12 hens there hasn't been any problems yet. Plus, it's hard to eat something you've named. LOL

Yes! Sorry I missed the question at the end. I have a pullet names Puffle. She became blind about a month ago. She stayed in my room for about a month so that I could clean her eye. She returned to the flock a few days ago and still gets bullied, so we keep her sectioned off, but she can still see the flock. She is super friendly and we plan to raise her still. She lost her eye for seeing farther away things, but she still eats, drinks, moves, etc.


I also really love Rosie, who is part of one of our first generations of chickens. She was our second chicken ever. Her and her sister provided us with our first egg. They are golden comets.

Awww. I have a few half blind chickens too! She’s cute and sounds very unique and special! Awww. I love Rosie and her sister too!
