Any idea on gender

try checking out the feet size -I find at a younger age that the males will have larger / or fatter legs and feet then the females , which are usually smaller in size .......... but they do look like a very young burbon red ............

Not sure on gender, but wondering if they are Jersey Buffs... especially since you said that the adults were about the same color. I have Buffs on my wish list.

I have Bourbon Reds and the darker one looks exactly like mine looked at about 2 months old. As far as the gender, the darker looks like a female to me.
