Turn off the heat lamp, the color distorts the image and makes seeing what we are looking for at this point difficult to assess

Hard to tell with the lighting but it looks like a cockerel to me.

4 weeks is often too young to tell accurately. Best to wait a few weeks and provide a pic under white light, standing, from the side with clear view of comb and wattles. Indicating breed is also helpful.

I agree, kinda young yet, and need a better pic. But it is looking like a cockerel with the size of the comb already.
