With those single combs, if they have yellow legs, they are likely Delawares (possibly Columbian Rocks). If they have pinkish legs, they are Light Sussex.

I just checked their legs and they are yellow. So I guess they are Delawares or Colombian Rocks. Anyway to tell the difference between the two?

Yes, take a close look at the black parts of your birds. Delawares carry the barring gene, so if your look at the black parts of your birds, you will be able to see the barring in them if they are Delawares. The Columbian Rock has no barring gene, so the black feathers will have no barring in them.
