Any idea what color my Cochin chicks are?

Splash chicks will generally have dark spots of down ... I don't think it's splash
ok. I thought I saw some darker spots on the wings after it hatched but maybe that was just still drying. I put her in with my hen now (she hatched in the incubator) so a bit harder to see and really check.... hmmm

Wow. Looked to fast.
They’re right. The chicks are not pure cochins.
It is ok I have them here and I didn't even notice the no feathers on the feet/legs on the darker one. that one hatched under my broody so a bit harder to see. The brown in the face is what threw me off on BBS which is why I asked. I saw splash cochin chick pics and they looked mainly yellow some looked a little light gray and yellow so wasn't sure on that one.

Splash chicks

Not cochins but they should look similar 20220511_145446.jpg

The light one could end up being a cochin, it has feathered legs and I don't think it has a beard or muffs. If it is a cochin, then it would either be splash or buff but I'm leaning towards buff
Thanks. I know when I got my buff last year (got her from a local feed store that you can order from and they call when they are in so probably about 3 days old when I got them) and she was more reddish/tan and not as yellow/light. but I do see the reddish tints in this one so may darken up over the next couple days (they were hatched last night so at the time of the pictures they were under 24 hrs old)

Thanks everyone. I have messaged the seller so guess I wait to see if I hear back. If not then I will file a complaint. 4 of the eggs were broken too but I didn't get pictures (my husband didn't know I ordered eggs and he came home early so had to unpack quick. LOL) and figured some would be broken. But then 4 also never developed so infertile or shipping was too much, 1 quit early, 1 DIS (after absorbing yolk sack and veins receeded just couldn't externally pip. :( ) and then 2 that hatched..... But know shipping eggs can be rough so left a neutral review just because they could have been packed better..... But wrong breed is just a bit much!
