Any idea what colour this silkie will be?

If your temps are correct then it’s rare that one hatched significantly later than all of the others. Although there are odd instances of late hatching, whenever I’ve opened eggs on day 23 none have ever still been alive. Latest is normally day 22.

Each to their own with incubator opening but I’ve never had an issue as long as the humidity is 70% and it’s only done quickly

This is a one of a kind out of quite a big hatch of silkies from paint parent.

And idea what colour this little one will turn out? I know it’s pure silkie but not sure what underlying colour genetics are involved.
