Any idea what this could be?

My brown leghorn just started this today or maybe yesterday. I tried to get video, but just like when you take the car to the mechanic it seemed to stop. But I think I caught it in this video, a weird head tossing thing. It’s at the beginning of the video.

Is she laying consistently?

I would check her crop to make sure it's emptying.

Her actions almost make me think something neurological - I would direct dose her with poultry vitamins that contain E and B1 (Thiamine). If you don't have those, then I would get some human vitamins and give her 400IU Vitamin E and 1/4 tablet B-Complex daily for a week.

While you're at it, check her for lice/mites really well, look in her ears they should be clean looking and just for kicks look inside her beak for any mucous, canker, lesions, etc. Give her the works LOL

I got her in mid March. She hasn’t laid consistently since I got her. I brought home Poultry Dust and pour on ivermectin. I caught her and looked her over, not a mite to be seen. However, I was alone so had to do the best I cloud. My husband will be here tomorrow so I will be able to be more thorough. I will say that when I was trying to catch her she stumbled a couple of times and she ran into the side of the coop. I’m going to give her some Poultry Cell first thing in the morning.

I swear I answered this last night.
I think she can see fine, but I wasn’t really thinking that was an issue so may have missed subtleties in her behavior. I will watch her closely today to see if her vision seems off.
