Hi everyone
Quick question. I have a pekin bantam with suspected mycroplasma. Tried a course of Baytril which slightly helped, but starting to get worse again, so now have Tylan 200 to try and knock it on the head.
Have just given her first injection tonight (IM) but as she has just had a week of Baytril injections, I think she will be feeling sore and I’m a bit worried about necrosis.
I was wondering if I could do evening injections (easy to pull her off roost and do) so I know she is getting full dose, and then the second daily dose orally in mornings on a treat while she is up and about?
Assume there’s no harm in mixing oral ingestion and IM injections? Is there any issues with oral as her breathing is laboured and I don’t want to inflame anything.
Thoughts?
Thank you!!!

). No lesions in beak, and otherwise quite healthy re crop and eating. If the Tylan doesn’t knock it then it’s obviously viral and will be a ‘wait and see’. Shes 5 so an older chicken but we want to give her every chance.
