Any idea what this is? & how can I fix it?

She's not limping. All normal behavior.

She has bumblefoot scabs on both foot pads. It is caused by a small cut in the footpad, and staph bacteria can infect it. It doesn't look that bad yet, so you may want to soak her feet in warm epsom salts daily, and thoroughly dry her before going back outside. I do surgery on mine that get this if they limp, or the footpad looks red and swollen. Here are a couple of good links with videos to help:

Follow up: I found a vet in my area and made an appt to bring all 3 hens in for a checkup (my DH thinks I'm nuts). Learned a lot!!
Lola's foot is healing and looking great!
All three girls are in great health.
