Bantam about 3 weeks old. Came from Privett Hatchery.

I scrolled through all the bantam pages of Privett and couldn't find a match. Hmm.

Yellow legs and buff color if not a bantam could mean Buff Rock. But they don't seem to have bantam Buff Rocks there. They have Buff Sebrights but the leg color is different I think.

Sorry I don't know.

Thanks for looking. I had looked too. She (looks like a pullet to me) came from TSC but I'd asked & they get the chicks from Privett. What about a Buff Orpington Bantam?

You see, that's the way you can tell Buff Orp legs from Buff Rock legs. BOs have white legs and BRs have yellow legs.

I am guessing that they had either a Buff Rock bantam and put it in your order or a large fowl Buff Rock. But I could be way off base here- I'm just guessing the breed.

I have had hatcheries do that- include something that isn't even on the website. It is fun!

feathersite has a page for bantam rocks too if you search
