Looks like a type of worms to me

Those are large roundworms. Purchase valbazen liquid cattle/sheep wormer or safeguard liquid goat wormer and dose all your chickens orally undiluted with one wormer or the other. Use a syringe without a needle to administer orally. Dosage for either wormer is 1/2cc for standard size birds, 1/4cc for smaller birds. Redose again in 10 days. There's a 14 day withdrawal period after the last dosing.

You could use them. I worked out the dose for someone else once, let me see if I can find that post. Safeguard liquid would definitely be easier.
