I now know the answer to "Will Cog pass on the blue egg gene?" Every Hen that has come from him, and all were brown eggs that have hatched, have matured to lay either a blue or green egg, so, yes, Cog passes on the gene. I would say he is blue egg dominant! 4 for 4!
