Any ideas for shed conversion?

I like the bar across the bottom to keep bedding in idea. I will be adding that on. I haven't finished the roosting bars yet so i might make that change as well. My closet rods are a little more than an inch thick and solid wood. My chicks right now are babies and three are still in eggs. In the end I will have: 2 easter eggers, 1 lavender orpington, 1 golden buff, 1 black australop, and 1 welsummer. They seem to average around 5-6lbs a hen. I am still designing the run as just a 16x8 enclosure which i can walk into without ducking my head. Any other words of wisdom are appreciated. This is my first chicken experiment. Being a newbie I am bound to make mistakes.

Yes, now that I see what breed chickens you have, even though they are small now, you've got some large breeds there; i.e., orpington, australorp, golden buff, etc. They WILL need a 2 x 4 laying flat for best support...they'll be big girls! And trust me, we've all been there making mistakes, etc....I know I sure was one of 'em!!
