Any ideas for stopping diarrhea?

I have a RIR hen who has watery diarrhea badly. She's still eating and drinking, but I'm very concerned because she's getting weaker. Any ideas?

Of course, she's separated from the others. She's just really gone downhill during the past 2 days. HELP!

What are you feeding her and what is she drinking? Any other symptoms besides diarrhea?

Try Vitamin/Electrolytes in the water. Also yogurt to help establish a healthy gut. Good luck

She normally eats crumbles, but doesn't seem interested at all in those. She's eaten some soft bread crumbs, grapes, apple slices, and a bit of corn on the cob. I 've given her water with a bit of baking soda dissolved in it. She's just behaving lethargically and wants to sit with her eyes closed. I know this is not a good sign. She seems a bit unsteady now, too. Her diarrhea is like water--and there's alot of it each time she goes.
I'm so afraid I'm going to lose her.

yogart and get some infant liquid vitiamins in her water. Backing soda helps digestion in a different way then yogart. Snacks should be limited to 1-2 times a week. they can cause runny poo.
Bread serves no nutritional value, just bad filler. Grapes and apples in excess can give her runny poo but the lethargic issues is what i am concerned with.
How's her crop?What color is it? How old is she? what type is she? how long has this been happening? got gaterade on hand, give it to her!

So much helpful information!
Her crop is soft and mushy, feels like mostly liquid. It is clear. I've emptied her out once and flushed her crop with molasses water.
So, I should cut back on the fresh stuff? I'm afraid if I do, she won't eat at all!
She's a 3 1/2 year old Rhode Island Red. Hasn't laid at all in about a year, which is fine. She's been fighting diarrhea off and on for about 6 months, but it never slowed her down. Got new hens and everyone decided to pick on her, so I moved her into the garage by herself. She's been extremely happy there and has gotten alot of personal attention. Then a few days ago, she just started dropping.
I lost another hen in exactly the same way. This worries me SO MUCH! The Vet said the other hen had an intestinal tumor and that it was not a contagious condition.
I'll get some gatorade.

Stick to the gatorade and the no fruit added yogurt. Get the vitamins and most important make sure she drinks. You might want to pick up a dropper from the store if you are going anyway. Give her digestive system a rest. Just like us she may have eaten something that didn't agree with her and her body is trying to get rid of it.

Later today offer her some scrambled egg made with out butter or any kind of grease.

How old is she and is she eating crumbles or pellets?

The molasses water is like a chicken laxative. Do you think this is the problem?
