Any ideas on the Breed or the gender?

I would love to know the breed and gender of this chicken it is about 41/2 months oId and it is very different from the other chickens, some of the chickens from this group of chicks are laying eggs but they are not all the same breed. This one is small next to the others, it likes to fly and is an escape artist.

yes at 4.5 months if it was a cockerel the comb and wattles would be much bigger plus the coloring would be different if it was a cockerel

I'm glad she gets to stay in my backyard coop. I got 6 baby chicks in February, 2 died , all four survivors are pullets. Breeds weren't exactly as they were sold. A buff orphington looks like a rhode island red to me and this pheonix was sold as something else. Anyway, all girls makes me happy.
