Any ideas on this breed?

I think it's an EE, but it was sold as an ISA Brown....the color is what is throwing me off. Think it's a pullet or a roo?

With those greenish grey legs, I'd say EE too. Sorry I can't help you on the sex though.

How old? The age might help others determine pullet or roo better. The feet make me think EE but I am no expert. I'm sure someone else will answer your question soon.

Looks like she is a Wheaten or Salmon colored EE. SHe is going to be beautiful!

It's about seven weeks old. I'm hoping it's a pullet....it's been a real surprise considering I thought I was getting a production ISA Brown for the eggs! That's what you get buying chicks at the local feed store!

Our EEs are great layers - about 5 a week, and sooo pretty! I hope you are not disappointed.

Not dissapointed at all....when my wife and I bought chicks this year we just told the gal helping us to give us five of everything they had, she just happened to give us six EE's and four ISA's! Great surprise!

Looks like an EE roo. The comb is a pea comb, and is already pink - at 7 weeks old a pullet wouldn't have color in her comb yet. I see he doesn't have any of the rooster feathers, but they will show up. JMO... Either way you will have a very nice looking bird!!

Definitely EE... Amazing coloring! I think I have an EE that will look similar.

Hard to say about gender... the comb does seem pretty red, but I know that EE's can be extremely difficult to sex until 2-3 months.
